About Me
I am a Business Administration student at Rider University with a strong interest in management, strategy, and data-driven decision-making. Throughout my academic experience, I have worked on projects that focus on real-world business challenges, including workforce planning, database design, and marketing strategy. As I prepare to graduate, I am seeking an entry-level opportunity where I can continue to grow, contribute to a team, and build a strong foundation in business operations and management.
Projects
Project 1: Workforce Planning Optimization
Developed a workforce planning model using linear programming to optimize staffing levels while minimizing labor costs. Used Excel Solver to analyze constraints such as service demand and labor regulations, demonstrating the ability to apply quantitative analysis to business decision-making.
Project 2: Database Design & Analysis (Snowflake)
Designed and implemented a relational database using Snowflake to organize and analyze large datasets. Applied normalization techniques and SQL queries to improve data efficiency and support business insights, such as identifying trends and high-risk areas.
